EduRights India was founded after witnessing thousands of students across India being misled into enrolling in unauthorized distance education programmes — paying hard-earned money for degrees that are ultimately declared invalid by the UGC.
Our mission is simple: educate, empower, and assist. We believe every citizen deserves to know their rights, and that the Right to Information Act is one of the most powerful tools available to achieve that.
